Cross-border cases are increasing with globalization, but fragmented laws and procedures across jurisdictions create inefficiencies. Lawyers spend hours researching jurisdiction-specific rules, navigating treaties, and contacting foreign authorities, delaying resolutions and increasing costs for clients.
